Grounding
Sometimes we have so much stress about a situation that you notice you are overthinking things. You feel you are all up in your head.
This can cause dizzyness, headache and the feeling to have lost contact with your body. It is then time to ground yourself.
Follow these easy steps:
Sit on a chair or stand up straight with your feet firmly on the ground.
Take a few deep breaths and then visualise roots coming out of your feet that go all the way into the centre of the earth.
Connect yourself with the earth. Through this connection new energy will come back to you as well.
Do this for 5 minutes or as long as you need. You will feel revived.


Music
When life overwhelmes us and we need a quiet space it can help to meditate. Meditations can be done in many different ways. One method I always use is music. And not just any music. I listen to high frequency sounds. You can find this easily on youtube.
This type of music has the ability to restore strenght and remove negative energy.
Let yourself emerge in the angelic sounds and be refreshed.
Journaling
It can be really helpful to keep a journal.
Write down all your thoughts and worries. Writing is a way of releasing. It makes you see things clearer once you read it again another moment in time.
